The new Bodø Airport in Norway will take 7 years and $720 million to complete. To manage the project, state-owned aviation agency Avinor selected the Norwegian consultancy Baseline AS. Using InEight software for real-time visibility into project costs and progress, Baseline completed the first phase of the shared-risk project under budget. Baseline uses InEight to manage schedules, costs, changes, reporting, and more.
