That consistency has allowed Brasfield & Gorrie to focus on innovation, adding new capabilities without rebuilding its system. And for even better integrations, the company will soon be migrating to the cloud version of InEight Estimate, enabling more seamless data sharing between estimating, finance, operations, and reporting. Cloud-based flexibility also makes it easier to connect with tools like Power BI, enhancing visibility for high-level business evaluations.

“We currently have integrations with our financial accounting system and custom developed apps, but with the transition to the cloud, it'll only get better from there,” Reeder says, “We expect to do a lot more with that integration once we migrate to that new version.” The team is also excited about leveraging tools like Bluebeam, making estimating and project planning even more connected. Such integrations support a full-cycle, data-driven workflow with InEight at its core, empowering Brasfield & Gorrie to consistently deliver projects on time and under budget.
