EXPANDING CAPABILITIES SUPPORT TOYO’S GLOBAL GROWTH

Since adopting InEight Document as an enterprise solution in 2021, TOYO has steadily expanded its use of the platform to support larger, more complex projects around the globe.

In the first year, the team focused on using the document control, mail, and transmittal modules. Then they rolled out additional tools like Excel bulk upload and advanced reporting.

Most recently, TOYO has implemented the package module to support advanced work packaging and is now exploring features like QR code integration and the project archive module to further enhance efficiency and traceability.

“We’re now moving forward to utilize the collaborative review functionality because that is one of our essential requirements, and we hope to see a lot of benefits coming from that,” Mohta says.

TOYO also plans to continue expanding into the forms module and utilizing the mobile app, helping teams stay connected and productive wherever they are.

In a short time, InEight Document has made a significant impact on TOYO’s overall project performance and execution, and the company is confident that InEight will play a key role in helping its clients achieve project success and advance TOYO’s broader mission of environmental stewardship.
