“We don’t like surprises in our business,” says Filho. “Now that we’re capturing data more granularly, our forecast variances have narrowed. For example, if the margin was 8.1% last month, it’s 8.05% this month. That level of stability is what we want to see.”

“Clients today are much more mature, more demanding,” says Filho. “We recently got an RFP with 51 pages dictating our work packaging requirements—down to how we should decompose tasks, link them to procurement, and integrate with the schedule.”

“We’ve had clients say, ‘Every time you send me an invoice, I want to see your claiming reports.’ And with InEight, we can do that. It wasn’t super complicated. We followed the breadcrumbs all the way to what they needed,” says Filho.
